"Excuse Me Sir, Do You Know Jesus?"

by Bert Carson
Last January I posted a blog about my Buddy, Ralph Miller.  Now, almost exactly a year later, I'm doing it again because a couple of days ago Ralph send me an email with a funny story attached.

Rambo still sends some beautiful, weird, and offbeat stuff to a small group of friends.  Though I didn't ask him, I'm sure he will add you to his email distribution list if you'll let me know that you'd like to be added.

In the meantime, here's the video that cracked me up.  It is a recording of Townes Van Zandt, the songwriter who wrote Pancho and Lefty.  If you are a writer, note what he says about how he came to write the song Pancho & Lefty.  If you aren't a writer, just enjoy the story—it is funny.

"I sat down and decided I wasn't going to move until I wrote a song."

And here's Pancho & Lefty
